  I was shopping at JC Penny a few days ago and needed assistance. Two sales people were talking and I said "excuse me could someone help me" and one of the ladies said "can you see we are talking and do not interrupt us when we are talking". And then went back to speaking with her co-worker. I went to a different area and asked for a manager and was told a manager would contact me and that never happened.. I have shopped at this store for many years but will never shop there again. No wonder Penny's is having problems!!!!! My name is Linda Sova. I did not want to give any stars but this review makes you choose, at least, one star.

  Started first process to getting my hair blonde again how I want it. Loved Marcus for holding me back from asking him for blonde all at once. He insisted I do it in stages and I am grateful. Very professional and great stylist! See
