  Just picked up 2 color schemes of the new Detroit Pistons Pro Standard NBA Finals Custom Strapback Cap at $60 first one half off on the second. The top Button had giant scrape in leather material showing gray underneath I hadn't seen, so went back next day to exchange for the same hat. Only had 1 more in stock which was also damaged, No problem for this employee. He takes return on damaged cap and tags it and puts it back on shelf for 2 other customers to buy $60 damaged merchandise. What horrible customer service, really shows how little they care.
