  You would get friendly customer service from a pack of rabied wolves. They need a serious overhaul on attitude adjustments with the staff here. They were sold out of a Christmas balloon. The cashier said they had been sold out for over a month, but had one on display, posted to their wall, next to the doors, as you walk in. I explained to the cashier, I would like to use it for a gift from Santa and the Elf on the Shelf, and was even willing to pay full price for their display. She said nope. Then told me to go talk to some other young girl, short brown hair with a pony tail and a stone cold face with an attitude to match. She was So rude, acted like I was bothering her. So I asked to speak the the manager. Then a guy with a name tag Todd came out, already had a chip on his shoulder, acted as if I was bothering him. I asked if I could buy the balloon, explained I really needed a Christmas balloon with elves and since they were sold out, and it was Dec. 23rd, why let that one on the wall go to waste?? I will pay full price for the display balloon. He said he would call his district manager, then he came back and said, yes we can sell it, but I have to delflate it because it has nitrogen and won't float. I told him, it doesn't need to float, that I can just tape it, please, just sell it to me as is. He ignored me, yanked it off the wall, goes storming over to the blow up area and is rough with the balloon. I told him, please, you don't have to refill it with helium, I don't need it to float. He insisted that he was required to put helium in it to make it float. Needless to say, he Popped the top part of the balloon. Never once apologized. I was there for an hour and 42 minutes, and then he says to me, I will ring you up to discount the balloon. I thought ok, well maybe he is considerate after popping the top part and ignoring me, and making me wait Sooooooo long. Then he discounts it 20% and saves me a whopping $3. And guess what?? The part he INSISTED on refilling with helium STILL DID NOT FLOAT!!!! It looked like the cashier was going to laugh. I couldn't believe it. Unreal. VERY unfriendly customer service. I will no longer be giving my money to this place. Between Todd and that younger girl with the short dark pony tail....no way....you can Thank them Mr. Party City, because you just lost a regular customer!!!!!!
